Wondering WHY back on the market? ... This home was originally listed and set up to have all offers presented to the seller at the same time on Feb 7. Multiple offers were received (ALL the offers were higher than the list price at that time) and the property, and the seller accepted an "ALL CASH with NO CONTINGENCIES" offer.
